How to place an order on our e-shop?

To place an order on our e-boutique:

  1. Select your items on the site and add them to your cart

  2. Validate your basket

  3. Enter your delivery and billing address

  4. Choose your delivery method

  5. Choose your payment method then enter your bank details

To change your delivery address or billing address

By logging into your account, you can change all of your information. A user can have multiple billing and shipping addresses. He can manage his addresses via my account / my addresses, or when he places an order

Has your order been taken into account?

Your order is taken into account when you see it appear in your customer account under "my orders" with the status "in preparation". You also receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Do you want to cancel or modify your order?

To guarantee you the best delivery times, we will prepare and ship your order within hours of validating your basket. Therefore, it is unfortunately impossible for us to modify your order once it is validated.

 

Product availability

The product is no longer available on this site.

When launching sets collections, items may run out of stock quickly. Stocks are regularly updated according to the availability of production.

How to pay for your order?

Payment for your order on our site can be made:

  • By credit card : American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, Visa

  • By Apple Pay

Is your site secure?

We secure 100% of transactions made on our site.

No banking information is stored on our site. We have an SSL certificate which guarantees the encryption of payment pages and the confidentiality of your data

How to edit your invoice?

By logging into your account, you will have access to your invoices via "my orders".

 

Delivery

What is the preparation time for your order?

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours working days. Once your package has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you between 2 and 5 days in mainland France.

Were you not present on the day of your delivery?

In the event of absence at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a calling card indicating the procedure to follow to agree on a new delivery or a withdrawal from the post office.

What are the delivery rates?

Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated according to the weight and volume of your package. The delivery costs are visible just before the order confirmation.

For the international market, the prices of the products are indicated in euros, VAT included, but excluding customs charges. Customs charges must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

Where is my order ?

You can track your package in your customer area as soon as your order is delivered to the post office. An email will also be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to follow your package step by step.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to France and Europe first and then we will deliver to other countries around the world later.

What should you do if the product is not compliant on delivery?

We thank you for contacting us using the "contact" form and explaining exactly the reason for your complaint. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your order does not suit you?

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging along with their labels.

Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made on request or which are personalized.

Products printed on demand cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to make a return?

Simply complete the form that is in your package listing each product you wish to return. Then all you have to do is return it with the item (s), in its original packaging (s). The return costs are your responsibility unless we make an error.

When will I receive my refund?

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account or to your PayPal account.
